He is very knowledgeable about country living and able to help you notice the value of a new purchase (and the things that are going to cost you over time) When it came to selling my property he was an excellent help. His knowledge of the area and finding the right price point was incredible. He was really quick as we wanted it on the market to secure a close and it was on the market in the time he promised. The photographer he uses did a great job. I highly recommend him, he has a great ability to keep you calm in a stressful process.

Andrew was great to work with. He took the time to take me to multiple showing. If I didn't like a place, Andrew never made me feel pressured. When we did put an offer on a unit, he did his best to make sure we knew everything going into deal. Andrew never treated us like we were lesser than just because we had a lower budget, and he worked day and night for us to try and find us a house That said, we couldn't make it happen in Ontario - but once we told him about our plan to go out of province that didn't even stop him. Andrew was extremely patient with us as we launched into an 18 month search for the perfect new home. We initially set a very strict set of requirements but as the process unfolded we implemented variations that challenged the way forward. Andrew took the changes all in stride and worked with us to expand our search. With Andrew, nothing was outside the realm of possibility. In the end, we settled on an outstanding property that met few of our original requirements.
