Andrew Inderwick is a REALTOR® with Innovation Realty Brokerage, proudly serving Ottawa Carleton Region, including the Ottawa Valley, Lanark County, Rideau Lakes, North Grenville and the surrounding rural and waterfront communities.

Andrew specializes in helping downsizers, retirees, and lifestyle-focused buyers and sellers navigate complex real estate decisions with clarity and confidence. He also works extensively with rural, recreational, and waterfront properties, bringing firsthand ownership experience that goes well beyond what's found on a listing sheet.

His connection to waterfront life runs deep. Andrew's family has been on Big Rideau Lake since 1937, now for five generations. Having owned and managed waterfront and rural properties himself, he understands the realities of wells, septic systems, road associations, managed forest land, zoning considerations, and long-term property stewardship. That practical experience allows him to anticipate issues, ask better questions, and protect his clients' interests in ways that matter.

Clients value Andrew's white-glove, highly personal approach. He works with a low number of clients at a time, acts as their direct point of contact throughout the entire process, and is known for his attention to detail, calm guidance, and ability to simplify what can otherwise feel overwhelming, particularly for seniors and families planning a transition. He also draws on a senior background in data-driven marketing and communications, which he puts to work building sharper pricing strategies and listing campaigns for his sellers.

Andrew is deeply involved in the community. He is an active volunteer with the Big Rideau Lake Association, where he leads the Shoal Marker Program, the Association's oldest initiative, helping keep more than 120 navigational markers safely in place each season. He has also served as President of the Ashbury College Alumni Executive and as Past President of the Kanata Sunrise Rotary Club. These roles reflect his belief in service, accountability, and getting things done the right way.
